Terms of sale

The terms that apply when you buy from comun.co. Plain language, no traps. Placing an order means you accept them.
Scope
These Terms of sale govern every order placed on comun.co with COMUN. By checking out, you accept them. We may update them; the version in force is the one published when you order.
Products & drops
COMUN sells in drops — finite, themed releases. Stock is limited and a sold-out drop may not return; that is by design. We describe each item as accurately as we can, but minor variation in colour or finish is normal and product images are illustrative.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and can also be displayed in Japanese yen and U.S. dollar and include applicable taxes where shown. Shipping is calculated and displayed before you pay. For deliveries outside the dispatch country, import duties and local taxes may apply on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility.
Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example a pricing error, a stock issue or suspected fraud — and will refund any sum already paid.
Payment
We accept the methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment provider STRIPE. We do not store your full card details. Payment is taken at order.
Shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide, tracked, in plain, unmarked packaging — what you ordered stays your business. Dispatch and delivery times, and any free-shipping threshold, are shown at checkout. Some items are dispatched directly by our suppliers; either way, your relationship and after-sale support stay with COMUN. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Right to cancel / withdrawal
Where the law gives you a cooling-off period — for example 14 days for consumers in the EU/UK — you may cancel an eligible order within that window without giving a reason, and return unused goods. Some items are excluded by law, such as sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons, or custom / made-to-order items.
Returns & refunds
To start a return, email corp@comun.co with your order number within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging unless faulty. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us — you are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity in your jurisdiction, and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, COMUN's liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, supply shortages or customs.
Disputes
We will always try to resolve a complaint directly — email comun@comun.co. These terms are governed by the law of JAPAN.
